From the humble beginnings of a home-based operation, Tom built Jet Specialty on a simple, powerful principle: put relationships first. He knew that trust wasn't built on a purchase order, but over a handshake, a shared cup of coffee, and a genuine desire to see his customers succeed.

He loaded his own truck, made deliveries personally, and answered the phone at all hours. This "Whatever It Takes" attitude wasn't a marketing slogan; it was his personal commitment.
