 Protect
your Compressors with the ProFlo Lubrication Monitor
— The ProFlo monitor is a multi-function computer
that provides lubrication cycle monitoring; protects
the compressor from running below nominal lubrication
specifications; and records 365 days of lubrication
system performance data.
Hosting an on board LCD, the ProFol monitor mounts directly
to the lubrication divider block to record each cycle
of the system. In the event that the lubrication system
speeds up or slows down, the ProFlo monitor will display
and exception alarm, and depending on the set parameters,
shut down the compressor to prevent damage.
The ProFlo works to ensure that the c ompressor doesn’t
run short or dry of lubrication. Capable of mounting
directly on the divider block or via an adjacent panel,
the ProFlo monitor can record 365 days of monitoring
and download data, via an on-board infrared port, to
a Palm based PDA for a more detailed system analysis
back at the shop. The ProFlo also provides a pulse output
for a PLC connection and remote performance monitoring
via a in-plant Process Control System such as GEnieNet
or SCADA. Designed to operate on 2 field-replaceable
AA Batteries, the ProFLo has a nominal 2 year battery
life or an indefinite power cycle when connected to
a 24VDC source. Rated for Class I Div. II Groups A,
B, C, D - Zone 2, the ProFlo is in stock and ready for
